Unity Films is a Cheltenham-based video and film production company, run by an experienced commercials director, that specialises in commercial advertising and marketing films. The client required Cutpastecreate to take their re-branding programme online with the development of a new website that would showcase their expertise with all aspects of the filmmaking process.
The main reason for the site was to showcase Unity’s impressive portfolio and their range of services in film and video production. The client also wanted to improve its search engine results.
Working around the company’s existing brand, we designed a website that gave Unity a new online platform from which to attract new business and create awareness about the brand. Our input ranged from the site architecture and design (including
our proprietary content management system), through to collation of information about Unity’s clients and the inclusion of a broadcast email system. And of course, we integrated high definition video and showreels into the site so these are fast loading and easy to access.
Just as they like to have complete control over their video and film production, Unity now has full control over their website content too. With the new site, the team can quickly and easily update their portfolio to show off their latest video and film editing projects. This is good for clients and prospective clients who can see the latest work online; it’s also good for search engines, which give better rankings to sites that update content frequently.
